Yellow Creek Campground

The Stewardship Council’s Enhancement Grant program is tailored to support projects on either donated or PG&E retained Watershed Lands to protect and improve the Beneficial Public Values. MSC’s project includes improvements to Yellow Creek Campground with upgraded restrooms, a new cooking area, a new group campsite, and upgraded existing campsites with food storage lockers and amenities. The project also includes construction of a kiosk with interpretive panels and limited connecting trails, along with a meadow restoration effort funded with matching grants from the U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service and the California Department of Fish and Wildlife.
